The Publicus Community won the Gold Medal from the Sir Walter Raleigh Awards for Summit Magazine. The awards are presented annually by one of North Carolina’s oldest and most respected communications organizations, the Raleigh Public Relations Society.
The Sir Walter Raleigh Awards competition is a showcase of exemplary work by public relations and communications professionals throughout North Carolina. This competition is held annually and recognizes and honors practitioners who have achieved excellence in a variety of categories, as judged by an independent panel of judges.
The winning piece, Summit Magazine, is a lifestyle magazine created by The Publicus Community to attract people who may be interested in resort residences in McCall, Idaho. The 64-page magazine included profiles on the community, historical looks at the area and a variety of articles centered around luxury mountain lifestyles.
“We are proud of this honor. Our peers across the state shared some incredible work. For us to receive this award really is a great moment for our team,” said Peter Dawyot, Managing Director for The Publicus Community.
The Publicus Community was also nominated in the following categories: Brochure Collateral for Deep Water Cay, Bahamas, Magazine Collateral , Summit Magazine, Overall Digital and Print Campaign Summit Magazine.
